Introduction
These accommodation rules regulate the rights and obligations of the Guests and the Accommodation Provider, the conditions of use and operation of the apartment and the mutual relations between the parties. The accommodation contract is created based on the reservation confirmation, where the date, length of stay, number of people and accommodation price are agreed.
Before arrival
The guest will receive an e-mail or SMS code to enter the Apartment, which is valid for the entire duration of the stay.
Arrival and parking
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Parking is possible in a private parking lot near the Apartment for one car.
Entrance to the Apartment
There is a keyboard at the entrance where the Guest enters the code to unlock the electronic lock.
Upon arrival, the Guest will check the condition of the Apartment, the functionality of the equipment and immediately report any deficiencies found to the Accommodation Provider.
Accommodation and rules of stay
- Only Guests with a valid reservation can stay in the Apartment. Additional persons cannot be accommodated.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The apartment is non-smoking!
- The use of narcotics and psychotropic substances is prohibited in the Apartment.
- The guest is obliged to behave respectfully towards other guests and not disturb the night's peace, which lasts from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- The guest is not authorized to move furniture or make any interventions in the electrical network and installations.
- The use of your own electrical appliances is prohibited in the Apartment, except for personal hygiene items (hairdryer, razor, toothbrush, etc.).
Provision of personal data
Every Guest over the age of 18 is required to provide their personal information, namely their full name, residential address, date of birth, and the number and type of identity document . This data will be used exclusively for registration in the accommodation book and will not be disclosed to any third party except to the relevant authority according to legal requirements.
Departure
The Guest is obliged to leave the Apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of stay . Before departure, the Guest shall ensure:
- Closing all windows and doors.
- Turning off electrical appliances and lights.
- Cleaning up trash and personal belongings.
- Return all equipment to its original location.
- In the event of damage to any equipment or facilities of the Apartment, the Guest is obliged to pay all costs for repair or replacement.
Payment and cancellation conditions
Payment is made by credit card via the reservation system no later than 7 days before arrival at the accommodation . Cash payment is not possible.
Cancellation fees:
- more than 15 days before arrival: 0% of the price
- 14-7 days before arrival: 50% of the price
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the price

Final provisions
The guest is obliged to familiarize himself with these terms and conditions and to comply with them. The accommodation provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
These accommodation rules are valid from March 1, 2025.
